Pool Fees

• USDC Depositors/Lenders: Borrowing Fees (accrued interest, see below) - Gloop Stakers Yield - Total Reserves Portion

• Gloop Stakers Yield: 20% of accrued interest (customizable, 45% max hardcoded)

• Total Reserves Portion: 10% of accrued interest (customizable)

GM Interest Rate Model

• Vertex Utilization: 70%

• Minimum Borrow Rate: 10%

• Vertex Borrow Rate: 25%

• Maximum Borrow Rate: 40%

GM Price Oracles

• Arbitrum Sequencer Grace Period: 1 hour (hardcoded)

Note: If the Arbitrum Sequencer goes down, then comes back online, oracle calls will revert until the Sequencer has been up and stable for 1 hour.

GM Points Program

• Minimum USDC deposit amount to earn points: 100 USDC

• Lending USDC: 2 points per dollar coin per day

• Borrowing USDC: 1 point per dollar coin per day
